Guests may request either a double bed or twin beds, using the comments box on the booking form. However, please note that all special requests are subject to availability upon check-in.
Please note that in case of early departure, the total price of the reservation will be charged and it will be nonrefundable. Please note that date modifications after check-in are subject to hotel approval.
Please note, that the Spa is open from 10:00 to 20:00 every day. Regulations that apply to access for minors. Children aged 6 and above can access the Spa till the 15th of June 2024. They must always be accompanied by an adult. There will be a lifeguard at the time when children are allowed access.

When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Below are the conditions and characteristics of the pets that are allowed In the establishment. Any pet weighing less than 8kg will be welcome.
An additional charge of EUR 40 per pet per day applies, with the concept of a bed for the animal, food and a toy.
The pets that are admitted to the hotel are dogs and cats and are restricted to two animals per room.
The pet will not be able to stay alone in the room.
Documentation of the pet with vaccination must be presented at check-in and deworming in order.
Appropriate behavior of the pet that does not disturb the tranquility of other guests is expected. Pets must always be on a leash in common areas and they will not be able to access the pool or garden areas, the rooftop, the restaurants or the Spa area.
